What I, as a mother, have to look forward to.

At the age of 4:Mom knows everything!

At 8: Mom knows a lot!

At 12:Mom doesn’t really know everything.

At 14:Mom doesn’t know anything.

At 16:Mom doesn’t exist.

At 18: She’s old fashioned.

At 25:Maybe Mom does know about this!

At 35:Before we decide, let’s ask Mom.

At 45: I wonder..what Mom thinks about this?

At 75: I wish I could ask my Mom about this.

3 months pictures of my sweet angel

She loves her 5 Little Lady Bugs book...daddy was reading to her, the moment was too precious to pass up. I love this picture.

Her first time napping on her tummy, she learned to roll over from back to tummy and we couldn't keep her on her back for nothing, she is unstoppable. *giggle*

The fingers she is sucking on...same ones I sucked on when I was a baby, so this was crazy cute to me. She is after all, my daughter *wink*
Mommy and daughter date at the park.

"Ooo, a tag" She was playing away with this tag, staring at it all cross eye'd, rubbing her face with it...it was adorable.

First time in her Bumbo...I think she kinda likes it.
We were at WalMart, it was rainin', thunderin', lightenin',
and my little bug was smilin' away.

She is unstoppable now...

My daughter rolled over from back to tummy 3 times, by herself today!

We are such proud parents.

She is growing so fast.

I WANT THIS!!!

http://www.dimplesanddandelions.com/product_details.asp?Product_ID=38667

If only I had 60 bucks at my disposal right now...I love this...I want to put it on Ky soooo bad!

The things you do for your baby...

Anyone who knows me, knows I'm terrified of spiders.

Putting Kylie to bed, I saw one crawling up the wall, making it to Kylie's bedroom ceiling, of course I cant just leave it there, what if she got bit?

Fortunately, being small, I had the guts to try squishing it with toilet paper...but the damn thing fell into her crib, I squealed, found it, and killed it.

Kylie thought it was funny watching mommy balance on the foot stool to the rocking chair, then jump off it with a high pitched girly squeal.

After her crankiness from her sore gums due to the wonderful teething days we are currently experiencing, I'm glad I could make her smile! Made facing my phobia well worth it.

The Greatest Sound in The World!

At 3:30 pm, we were at the grocery store getting ready to head home, Kylie spit up, so I stayed in the backseat with her to clean her up while daddy drove us home. While I was wiping under her chin, she giggled! Not the gasps she has been doing...this was a full on giggle and she did it 3 times. I was hungry and cranky, but after a sound that beautiful, I was smiling ear to hear, squealing at Matthew about how excited I was that she officially giggled! He loved it too. Amazing!
Oh, then, my husband and Kylie were playing last night while I was at work when he sent me a picture of Ky on her side, the message attached was how Kylie rolled over to her side from her back on her own. Then she passed out. *laughing* Crazy girl!

Slow down little monster

My little girl rolled over from belly to back. Now, I don't know if it really counts as rolling over on her own, she was in her crib and I had her on her tummy so I could brush her hair after her bath. She may have had a little help with the softness of the mattress...but of course, as a mother, its a huge deal to me. Lol. She love bouncing, so I'm beginning to think that its time for one of those bouncer things, the ones that the baby stands in and jumps and plays with toys. She still loves her play mat, but I think it gets boring quickly because she is laying down and would rather sit up or stand. She is just growing so dang fast!

August 8th

Our lady bug is 3 months old today...Matthew and I got engaged on August 8th 2008...so this is a very special day for our little family.

There is a blog I recently started following, and her daughter is wearing a onesie every month that says how many months old she is. They all match as if its a package deal...I wonder where she found them at. Although, I wouldn't really want to start now...it would be much cuter to start from month 1...not 3...then again...who know cares, right? I don't know. I guess I will just keep taking pictures of her all dolled up and label them by her age.

Anyway, I cant believe its already been 3 months. Wow, when people said it goes fast, I knew it would, however, that fast...did not expect. She is just as gorgeous as ever, and so dang happy. Her smile is the most genuine, sweet, and greatest thing in this entire world. I cant put into words how much it means to me...how my heart melts with joyous warmth just to see her. And, to top it all off, she has just about grasped a giggle. I say in just a week or two, she will have it down. Kylie has been cooing at us, and we swear she tried saying "sausages". No lie...we heard it *giggle*. She will be walking and talking in no time at all, so for now, I'm enjoying these moments...pure innocence. Not quite rolling over yet, Kylie has been practicing. But, none the less, she gets around by scooting on her back, pushing with her strong little legs and lifting her head and shoulders up as if she is going to just sit right up like a big girl. She is a wild one...although, I knew that before she was even born. That girl moved like no other in my belly...and its just as adorable now as it was then.
